Director of Development - Vienna, VA based development company seeking a mid-level director of development to oversee over 5MSF of office and retail assets. This position will mange all facets of entitlement and construction. Minimum of 10 years experience of construction experience required. Bachelors Degree required. Experience in financial modeling and budgeting strongly desired.
Senior Quality Assurance Commissioner - Dulles, VA based, award-winning electrical contractor seeking a QA Commissioner who will be responsible for providing documented confirmation that all Electrical Systems are installed correctly and the building systems function are in compliance.
