Knowledge of the DC Commerical Real Estate market a plus.
Director of Business Development- national interior design and architecture firm. Minimum 10 years experience. This position is a remote position to be located in the Mid-Altantic region and will require extensive travel and conference schedule. Existing relationships with multifamily developers and home builders are a BIG +.
Marketing Manager - Northern Virginia architecture firm. 5-7 years proposal experience desired. Adobe InDesign and graphics experience is a must.
Business Development Coordinator - PART TIME. Engineering firm in Alexandria, VA seeks a part-tim marketer. Experience with proposals, website and blogs, social media, and trade-show marketing.
Superintendent - DC Area General Contractor. Experience with ground-up construction. 5-10 years experience. The superintendent directs the work of the project on site, oversees project schedule and complies with company safety and quality standards. Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members of both the GC and the client in all matters.
Senior Superintendent - DC Area General Contractor. Must have base building experience. 15 years experience. The Sr. Superintendent will communicate with project staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.
Project Manager - DC Area General Contractor. Small scale projects less than $1.5 million. 4 year degree or equivalent experience (3-4 yrs). Procore knowledge preferred, but not required.
Asst. Project Manager - 5-7 years experience with tenant interiors and renovation.

Director of Human Resources - 19 year's experience. 13 year's in Construction. PHR-CA. Managing a staff of 3 including payroll and AP. Competitively bid new benefits plan with a 0% increase. Directed entire 401K plan. Oversaw training, payroll, learning & development, ethics and compliance, performance management.
Accounting Manager/Asst. Controller - 22 year's experience. 4 year's experience in AEC. Oversight of A/R and A/P. GL account review and analysis.
Marketing Coordinator - 2 years experience. Social Media, Corporate Events, Website Maintenance. Some experience in AE proposals.
